How do I place a return or exchange?
We're sorry to hear something wasn't right! Please reach out to us at email@example.com with your order number and the product(s) you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take it from there.

So sorry about this mix up! We will take care of it. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make it right.
My order didn't include a return slip or packing slip! How do I return it?
Don't worry! We don't include packing slips or return slips with orders because it's not needed! We track everything paper free (it's better for our planet) and we will be able to provide you everything you need to process your return when you reach out to email@example.com.
What is your return policy?
All returns must be processed within 30 days of placing the order. Only orders shipped within the United States are eligible for return. We do not offer returns on international shipments outside of the United States. If there is a problem placing a return within the 30 day timeframe, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org. To process a return, we will need your order number. Return authorizations must be obtained in advance of any returns or refunds. Products must be returned in original packaging. If approved, your return will be refunded to your original form of payment. Please note, shipping charges are not refunded. Merchandise sales are final. We only accept returns purchased from owahaircare.com. For OWA Haircare product purchased elsewhere, please return directly to the seller.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once your return has been accepted, please allow 3-5 business days for a refund to be issued by OWA Haircare! If you do not receive your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
